Aiming to guarantee and promote compliance with legislation and Exxata's internal standards and procedures with all agents involved in our relations, we established the Integrity and Compliance Plan, a program of excellence, robustness and effectiveness, covering the principles that govern the activities and Exxata relationships, supporting our employees and partners in identifying possible risk situations, as well as how to act.

Code of Conduct and Reporting Channel
In addition to the Integrity Plan, we have a Code of Conduct to establish prevention and correction rules to mitigate the risk of involvement of employees, suppliers and partners in acts of corruption, with the action of all employees to achieve this objective.

In order to establish a means of communication regarding conduct that is not consistent with the company's values, the guidelines of the Code of Conduct or current legislation, the Reporting Channel was created, which will receive information through one of the following means. The information will be forwarded to the Exxata Ethics Committee for analysis, and the entire process of investigating the complaint will be confidential and confidential.
Any reports can be made through the Reporting Channel.
